I am Jaume Orts, Man of letters.

I was born in Valenca 50 years ago. I'm a man of letters and have had the great privilege of enjoying the literary evenings at the Academia de los Nocturnos founded by Canon Tárrega, God rest his soul. Gentlemen, honourable citizens and men of the church met in the Palace of the Valeriola, always at night and using nocturnal-related pseudonyms. Mine was Sadness, but my colleague, Gaspar Aguilar y Gaspar Mercader who´s pseudonym was Demon insisted on calling me by my preferred subjects and my misdeeds. Valencia has been and still is a land of great writers but unfortunately most tend go to Madrid, near the Royal court, to succeed. Guillem de Castro himself has just moved there.
