The City Council of Valencia is the owner of the website, www.valencia.es/, which functions to inform users about museum installations and the upcoming activities and events organized by the museum.

All materials (texts, images, audiovisuals, etc...) that make up this site are the property of the City Council of Valencia, enabling there to be protection of authorial rights and, furthermore, protections against reproductions of copyrighted property.

The City Council of Valencia permits the reproduction of unsigned texts, given that their use does not have commercial fines, their integrity is respected, and the source and URL (www.valencia.es/) is always expressly stated.

Signed texts are not to be reproduced without the expressed authorization of the author, and, in case of utilization of a citation, the name of the author and web reference must be present. 

The reproduction and public distribution of contents of this site remain prohibited with commercial fines, through any medium or technical method, without the expressed authorization of MhV.

The History Museum of Valencia seeks to promote participation with the contribution of opinions and materials aiming to stimulate critical vision, extend knowledge of the history of Valencia, and make resources accessible to all users.

In the same way, in every section in which opinions or materials contributed voluntarily by users are published, the Museum reserves the right to remove any and all comments or contributions that violate the respect to human dignity. In all cases, the History Museum of Valencia is not considered responsible for opinions contributed by Web users in participatory spaces.

 

 

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Different sections of the site offer areas for feedback, enabling visitors to facilitate an inquiry, make a reservation for a museum visit, submit a request for materials, or enroll in our mailing list.

These forms solicit personal data (first name, last name, address, etc.) necessary to be able to attend to the requests of users. This information is stored in the database of the History Museum of Valencia and is protected in accordance with current legislation. The History Museum of Valencia guarantees confidentiality in the treatment of any personal data it receives and does not cede information to third parties under any circumstance without the expressed authorization of the person involved.
