Fishermen that fished using the art of trolling, consisting of a type of funnel-shaped net dragged along the seafloor. Traditionally the net was dragged by two identical ships that sailed parallel to each other, like bulls wearing a yoke and tilling soil; this and the fact that the ships were towed on the beach by bulls would seem to explain the origin of the name of this type of fishing.
